CANCELLATION POLICY
Airport Flat Rate Cancellation Policy
Reservations for airport transportation are nonrefundable unless canceled/changed 24 hours prior to arranged reservation time.
In the event that your flight is delayed, we will do everything possible to accommodate your new departure and/or arrival times, but customers should understand that delayed flights may conflict with other previously scheduled transportation reservations. If there is no scheduling conflict, standby charges will apply. Airport transportation is flat rate and does not include any stops. Stops and or delays will be billed in quarter hour increments as idle time.
Shuttle Hourly/As Directed Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned circumstances can happen and you may need to cancel a reservation. If you do, we ask that you do so prior to 60 days of your reservation date. Our drivers and team want to be available for all of your transportation needs, therefore if you have reserved a Shuttle, we will not be able to accommodate other clients who require the same reservation as you. This is why we require you to give us 60 days notice for a cancellation of a Shuttle. If canceled within 60 days you will lose your deposit. If your shuttle reservation is cancelled with 30 days notice or less, you will be subject to the entire cost of the original reservation.
Wedding shuttle reservations MUST provide a transportations schedule to Sunset Premier Shuttle at least 1 week prior to the date of service. Failure to provide a schedule at least 1 week prior will result in a cancellation of your reservations and forfeiture of your deposit.
Wineries and all other venues that serve alcohol are not allowed to serve intoxicated people. If a venue denies service to anyone in your group because of over intoxication or behavior, your trip will be concluded, you will be returned to your pickup location and forfeit the remainder of your time.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO BRING OUTSIDE ALCOHOL INTO ANY LOCATION THAT SERVES THEIR OWN ALCOHOL. IF ANYONE IN YOUR GROUP ATTEMPTS TO BRING, OR DOES BRING ALCOHOL INTO A LOCATION YOUR TRIP WILL BE DONE AT THAT POINT AND YOU WILL BE RETURNED TO YOUR PICK UP LOCATION. YOU WILL FORFEIT THE REMAINDER OF YOUR TIME, AND STILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE.
The person paying for the reservation is liable for any damages to the vehicle caused by the customer or members of their party. Including all spills of bodily fluid, rips, tears or damage to any equipment. There will be a minimum charge of $150 for cleaning ANY bodily fluids.
If ANY payment is refunded, it will be minus credit card transaction fees and service fees of 10%.
Final payments will be charged to the card on file.
Payment constitutes agreement to these terms.
