We booked with Sunset Premier Shuttle for our wedding in August 26, 2023 and were so happy with the experience. The customer service was amazing . Each time I reached out to them , they were very responsive. On the day of our wedding , the wedding party were late but the party bus driver Kevin was very understanding. He made sure everything else went smooth the rest of the time . I would recommend using them for your party bus/shuttle needs.

Don was a fantastic driver for our 8 hour bachelorette party day hitting wineries and a dinner at Chandler’s in Petoskey. He arrived promptly, even a little early and let us get a head start on the day. He graciously put up with a blasting radio and girls singing along to Taylor Swift (at the top of their lungs.) The bus was spotless and accommodated the 9 of us comfortably. I highly recommend Don for your next excursion!

Matt is unbelievable! We got picked up in Traverse City in an Audi with massaging rear seats! Our driver was amazing! He let us drink champagne in the back! He was highly focused on the road the entire time and he got us to Harbor Springs safely. Our flight got delayed on the way back, but Rosie was able to pick us up from the resort during a blizzard! She even had a bottle of champagne ready for us when we got inside! She is the best driver and she got us to the airport on time on Christmas Eve and we were able to make it back to see our families for Christmas! I can not thank them enough! What a great team!

This past weekend, we used Sunset Premier Shuttle for a mini wine tour and a trip downtown Petoskey and it was perfect. Our driver, Dale, was so fun and with a large group of loud ladies on a wine tour, he was the most patient person ever. The shuttle itself was stunning. The Bluetooth was easy to hook up to and it was very roomy!

Customer service at its best! First of all Matt was very helpful booking and figuring out different stops to make for my Wife’s surprise 40th Birthday Party! Dale was an amazing driver!!! Customer service at the highest level! Thank you Don and Matt for coming to our rescue this past Monday morning. While in Petoskey for a high school ski meet, our passenger bus broke down due to sub-zero temps. An hour before registration, in a mad scramble to find transportation, Sunset Premier Shuttle saved the day. Within minutes of contacting them, there was a bus at our hotel, ready to take the team and all equipment to the ski hill. We found out later, that Don (the owner) graciously decided not to charge the team for the unscheduled, emergency trip. We are extremely thankful for your kindness, and the Norway, MI girls ski team had a great time at the event. Thank you!

Rosie was our driver this past weekend for airport pick up and drop off, and for a dinner event in Harbor Springs. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very hospitable! In addition, when I was out in front of the resort awaiting the bus’s arrival, the valet assured me, “Oh, don’t worry. Sunset Premier is always on time!” An extra vote of confidence we had made the right choice of who to trust with our weekend transportation needs!

Dale was our driver for a bachelorette party wine tour and he was wonderful! He was very sweet and would come in and give us a 10min notice when we had to hop back in the car and go. He also found us two other wineries to visit on our weekend trip and recommended one with dogs because we all talked about our dogs. He even wrote the address, phone number and hours of the wineries on his business card. 10/10 recommend this shuttle service and Dale!

Excellent customer service! Sunset Premier Shuttle helped us out in a pinch when while my wife and I were staying in Petoski. Our driver Kate was very friendly and arrived fast. We drove in a crystal clean Audi A8 with tinted windows and massage chairs. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to ride in style. I was extremely impressed and I bet you will be too!
