Very last minute my Husband and I decided we would use a driver to visit some of the wineries near our stay in Boyne City. Sunset was great to work with from get go. They got back to me via text late into the evening. I called to schedule the tour and the person who answered the phone was very nice. Kevin was our driver. Such a nice guy. He is definitely doing something that fits his personality perfectly. He was helpful and very kind. Conversation with him was easy. We will definitely be using this company when we make our next plans to visit. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to have Kevin as our driver.

We loved Johnny for our wine tour around Petoskey! Our group of friends have been doing wine tours together for years so we have high standards when it comes to transportation for them. Johnny was so attentive, arrived early, was so friendly and took us to the best spots! Our favorite was Burnt Marshmallow which we wouldn’t have known about if Johnny didn’t recommend. I would highly recommend requesting Johnny personally when booking your tour with Sunset Premier. We will next time we are in town!

Sunset Premier runs their business entirely professional from the moment they arrive until they are driving away. On time, friendly, and just the right amount of “there” if you know what I mean. Some drivers make the experience all about them but we didn’t even know our driver was there but when he needed him he was perfectly there in every way. We used Sunset Premier services to celebrate a very special 90th birthday. We reserved an 18-seater bus and it was a snug fit with the 15 people we had, so maybe plan on a larger bus than the number of people in your party.

Matt is unbelievable! We got picked up in Traverse City in an Audi with massaging rear seats! Our driver was amazing! He let us drink champagne in the back! He was highly focused on the road the entire time and he got us to Harbor Springs safely. Our flight got delayed on the way back, but Rosie was able to pick us up from the resort during a blizzard! She even had a bottle of champagne ready for us when we got inside! She is the best driver and she got us to the airport on time on Christmas Eve and we were able to make it back to see our families for Christmas! I can not thank them enough! What a great team!

This past weekend, we used Sunset Premier Shuttle for a mini wine tour and a trip downtown Petoskey and it was perfect. Our driver, Dale, was so fun and with a large group of loud ladies on a wine tour, he was the most patient person ever. The shuttle itself was stunning. The Bluetooth was easy to hook up to and it was very roomy!

Customer service at the highest level! Thank you Don and Matt for coming to our rescue this past Monday morning. While in Petoskey for a high school ski meet, our passenger bus broke down due to sub-zero temps. An hour before registration, in a mad scramble to find transportation, Sunset Premier Shuttle saved the day. Within minutes of contacting them, there was a bus at our hotel, ready to take the team and all equipment to the ski hill. We found out later, that Don (the owner) graciously decided not to charge the team for the unscheduled, emergency trip. We are extremely thankful for your kindness, and the Norway, MI girls ski team had a great time at the event. Thank you!

Dale was our driver for a bachelorette party wine tour and he was wonderful! He was very sweet and would come in and give us a 10min notice when we had to hop back in the car and go. He also found us two other wineries to visit on our weekend trip and recommended one with dogs because we all talked about our dogs. We used sunset premier shuttle for a night going from bar to bar and it was an awesome experience. Our driver Matt was awesome and the bus was really nice and clean! Highly recommend this company.
